Job Summary
To support a growing litigation practice, the full-time Colorado Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, develop case strategies, and collaborate with a dynamic legal team in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys, contributing to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of Colorado
- 1-3 years of insurance defense experience
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
