Job Summary
To support an active multi-state litigation docket, the full-time Colorado Licensed Associate Attorney will manage case assignments in civil litigation, including general liability and commercial matters, while working remotely within Colorado and collaborating with senior attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload with increasing autonomy
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and case strategy discussions
Required qualifications
- Active Colorado law license (required); additional licensure in surrounding states is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
