Seeking a Colorado Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time position in Denver will manage complex civil defense cases, including personal injury and professional liability, while gaining hands-on litigation experience through depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff, maintaining professional communication with clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of Colorado
- 2+ years of insurance defense experience
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
