Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on contracting, licensing, and compliance issues to internal stakeholders
• Review, draft, analyze, and negotiate various types of commercial agreements
• Identify legal issues and provide business-oriented solutions while managing contract disputes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the relevant Bar
• A minimum of 8 years of legal practice, with at least 5 years in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Experience in healthcare law, medical practice regulations, or clinical research is preferred
• Proven ability to exercise excellent judgment in complex contract matters
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes
