Job Summary
To support the Audit, Compliance, and Education (ACE) team, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Audit Supervisor will provide coding and regulatory education, oversee auditing activities, and assist in improving compliance processes within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direction and support to audit staff, addressing questions related to systems and policies
- Develop monitoring tools and make staffing recommendations to enhance performance
- Conduct compliance-related projects and maintain communication with the Audit Manager regarding audit outcomes and policy revisions
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a physician practice setting; 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- CPC and CPMA certifications or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet project timelines
