Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure vendors perform repairs at agreed pricing and validate parts pricing and labor times
• Handle repair disputes and drive down vendor cycle time to minimize vehicle downtime
• Review vehicle repairs and manage communications via phone, email, and chat

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of previous vehicle maintenance experience
• Minimum of 4 ASE certifications related to job scope
• Ability to work remotely and flexibility to support business needs
• Automotive vehicle repair background with fleet experience preferred
