Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Colorado Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching, with 50% remote work flexibility and a focus on personalized therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and maintain quality documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional status
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
