Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Colorado Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching, working in a hybrid environment with 50% remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and track client progress

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans preferred
