Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Colorado Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching, working in a hybrid environment with 50% remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and track client progress
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- 2+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans preferred
