Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time hybrid Colorado Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching, all while working 50% remotely and engaging in meaningful collaboration with families.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide parent coaching and support
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional status
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
