To support a growing team, the full-time Colorado Licensed BCBA Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide guidance to families, with 25% of the role being remote.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and track client progress
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
