To support a growing team, the full-time Colorado Licensed BCBA Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide guidance to families, with 25% of the role being remote.

Key responsibilities

Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
Conduct functional behavior assessments and track client progress

Required qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
