Job Summary

A company is looking for a practice owner in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to establish guidelines, handbooks, and processes for the practice
• Provide supervision for Behavior Technicians and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Design and deliver behavior intervention plans and training for staff and families

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
• Minimum three years of experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
• Strong leadership skills
