Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Assistant in Colorado.

- Administer day-to-day benefit processes and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Manage enrollment and payroll databases related to benefit plan administration
- Communicate benefit plan information and assist with ongoing benefit education and open enrollment tasks
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- 1 year of experience in customer-focused administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Preferred: 2 years of administrative experience in Benefits or Human Resources
