Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Assistant in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day benefit processes and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
  • Manage enrollment and payroll databases related to benefit plan administration
  • Communicate benefit plan information and assist with ongoing benefit education and open enrollment tasks
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • 1 year of experience in customer-focused administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Preferred: 2 years of administrative experience in Benefits or Human Resources
