Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Sales Executive (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and train new agents while promoting BenefitMall's unique experience
• Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to increase sales activity
• Coordinate sales and retention activities to ensure an efficient benefits selling experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• 3+ years' experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
• Associate's Degree (preferred)
• Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products
