Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Colorado Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide clinical oversight and mentorship, ensuring quality ABA programming and meaningful client progress while collaborating with families, in a hybrid or fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and support a team of mid-level clinicians and behavior technicians
• Ensure quality ABA programming and meaningful client progress
• Provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance to team members

Required qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Passion for ethical, outcome-driven ABA care
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience supervising clinical teams (preferred)
• Interest in innovative approaches in the ABA field
