Job Summary
Supporting captive business operations, the full-time Colorado Licensed Captive Specialist will manage client onboarding, renewals, and provide specialty support to the consulting team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review captive submissions for completeness, assist with proposals, and track progress
- Manage client tracking and collaborate with Producers and account teams to gather updates
- Oversee captive implementations and provide account renewal support, including tracking renewal statistics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven (7) or more years of related work experience
- Three (3) or more years of employee benefit captive experience
- Health and Welfare Insurance License
- Experience in self-funding and project management
