Colorado Licensed Care Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Colorado Licensed Care Agent will assist Ibotta users via email, investigate account issues, and uphold company values while working remotely for up to 25 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to Ibotta Savers through email communication
• Investigate account issues and provide solutions by reviewing customer accounts and Ibotta systems
• Participate in special projects for leadership teams as needed

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to work remotely; prior remote work experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technologically savvy with knowledge of Android and Apple platforms
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
