Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of patient payments, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Cash Management Manager will manage the Payment Posting team, ensure accurate processing of payments, and enhance operational efficiency while collaborating across departments to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Payment Posting team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Plan and implement operational initiatives to improve efficiency and establish productivity monitoring for staff
• Act as a technical expert, ensuring compliance with billing regulations and developing departmental processes and policies

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Proven leadership experience within healthcare revenue cycle operations
• In-depth knowledge of EOB interpretation and healthcare billing requirements
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and departments
• Two years of payment posting experience in Epic
