Job Summary

A company is looking for a CERCLA Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex cases concurrently and oversee their strategic progression
• Prepare and litigate CERCLA cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery
• Participate in hearings and complex trials, while collaborating with senior attorneys and contributing to case strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active license to practice law
• 10+ years of experience in litigating complex cases, with 8+ years in CERCLA litigation
• Experience in both state and federal courts, including managing discovery and taking depositions
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and various legal software programs
