Colorado Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Proactively managing a caseload of low complexity claims, the full-time Colorado Licensed Claims Adjuster will evaluate, negotiate, and settle insurance claims while working onsite in Colorado Springs.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigates claim damages through research and documentation to facilitate claims resolution
• Determines coverage concerns and negotiates low complexity claims settlements with management guidance
• Maintains accurate claim file documentation and supports workload surges and catastrophe response operations as needed

Required qualifications:

• Up to 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on anticipating customer needs
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task using multiple business applications
• Acquisition and maintenance of an insurance adjuster license within 90 days
• Successful completion of a job-related assessment may be required
• Previous claims experience is preferred
