Colorado Licensed Client Advisor

Job Summary

Proactively managing assigned Premier Client Tiers 2 and 3, the full-time salaried Colorado Licensed Client Advisor will handle client retention, provide technical expertise in insurance coverage, and conduct annual client reviews while working remotely or onsite in Denver, Portland, or Seattle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up
• Provide consultative expertise in identifying client exposures and making insurance program recommendations
• Ensure timely renewal of insurance coverages and respond to underwriters' inquiries professionally

Required qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance
• State Property & Casualty insurance license is required
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, or CPRIA is preferred
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Familiarity with Sagitta/WorkSmart is a plus, but not mandatory
