Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Consulting Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposal responses and manage high-profile project engagements from creation through execution
• Establish performance objectives and develop long-term real estate plans
• Drive direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Real estate license (where required by state law)
• Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking skills
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
