Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and direction to clinical staff, ensuring competency through training and evaluations
• Develop and implement clinical standards to support quality patient care and safety
• Evaluate clinical performance and monitor outcomes to improve staff competencies and patient safety

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field or equivalent experience (typically 6 years)
• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical care setting
• Experience in a lead/consultative role within an integrated healthcare or ambulatory system
• Proven track record of driving successful performance outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
