Colorado Licensed Clinical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Director who will provide clinical leadership and oversight of counseling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed counselors and ensure compliance with supervision requirements
• Support staff development through mentorship and foster a supportive team environment
• Assist in developing clinical policies and participate in leadership meetings as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field
• Active and unrestricted Colorado LPC or LCSW license
• Three to five years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience providing supervision to licensed or pre-licensed clinicians
• Commitment to Christian faith and willingness to integrate faith into sessions upon client request
