Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, a part-time Colorado Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, assisted by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Colorado
• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth delivery
• Ability to commit to at least 15 hours of work per week
