Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Analyst, responsible for ensuring quality health care through oversight and auditing of Behavioral Health quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team and external providers to ensure integrity in quality assurance reviews
  • Gather and analyze data, prepare audit reports, and educate clinicians on quality improvement regulations
  • Support program monitoring and performance improvement plans while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LAC, or LPCC)
  • 3+ years of experience in a health care or managed care setting
  • 1+ years of experience using Excel for data manipulation
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST
