Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure compliance with performance standards and quality benchmarks
• Lead quality monitoring activities and implement corrective action plans based on data analysis
• Oversee the Quality Management Program and guide internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Active, unrestricted Nurse (RN) license or valid multistate compact RN license
• Minimum of three years of experience in clinical quality or utilization management
• At least two years of experience in developing quality assurance standards and policies
• Minimum of two years of experience in data collection and analysis related to quality metrics
