Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth services
• Provide supervision and mentorship to emerging therapists as they accumulate clinical hours
• Shape and influence the practice's culture through leadership and guidance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Valid LCSW license in good standing in Colorado
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Experience guiding associates to full licensure
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
