Job Summary

To ensure efficient daily clinical operations, the remote Colorado Licensed Clinical Supervisor will assist the Communications Manager in supervising workflows, managing high call volumes, and supporting clinical staff while fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists with performance management, staffing, and scheduling for the communications team
  • Monitors call volumes and redistributes workloads to ensure timely responses and balanced coverage
  • Serves as the first point of contact for escalated calls, facilitating resolutions using clinical knowledge
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare communications, call center, or clinical support environment
  • 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and OSHA regulations
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • One of the following licenses: Certified Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
