Job Summary
To support a 24/7 crisis contact center, the part-time Colorado Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee a team of crisis specialists, providing clinical oversight and training while working a split-shift overnight schedule in Denver, Colorado.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical oversight and administrative supervision for crisis services in the contact center
- Assist in developing and updating clinical policies and crisis services procedures
- Provide coaching and training to new team leads and crisis agents, ensuring effective management of operations
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Current Colorado Behavioral Health License (LPC, LCSW, PSY, LMSW, LMFT, LISAC) or an out-of-state license with CO Behavioral Health Board Endorsement
- 5+ years of experience in the behavioral health industry, including 2 years of crisis experience
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and clinical standards of practice
