Job Summary
To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Clinical Supervisor in Colorado will provide board-required clinical supervision while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working towards full licensure
- Guide associates in clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines
- Set a flexible supervision schedule that aligns with personal practice and professional goals
Required qualifications
- Valid LCSW license in good standing in Colorado with board approval to provide clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with EHR systems and digital tools for telehealth services
