Job Summary
To support the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling department, the part-time Colorado Licensed Clinical Support Professional will assist faculty with course-specific duties, facilitate small group work, and monitor student engagement in an online group counseling course from August to December 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Attend class meetings and facilitate small group work related to clinical objectives
- Monitor and assist in the instruction of course content while tracking group dynamics
- Provide support for course communications and complete required faculty trainings
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Not currently enrolled as a Naropa student
- Understanding of program-specific information, such as Gestalt Therapy
- Commitment to co-creating a diverse and inclusive community
- Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of privilege and oppression
