Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support commercial matters with a focus on sales transactions and data privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support to worldwide sales teams to facilitate company growth
• Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements with enterprise customers and vendors
• Optimize data protection processes and improve standard form agreements and legal processes

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree with admission to a U.S. state bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in-house
• Strong background in commercial contract analysis and negotiation, ideally within technology
• Familiarity with international data privacy regulations
• Business-oriented approach to legal complexity and risk management
