Job Summary
Seeking a Colorado Licensed Commercial Litigation Paralegal, the full-time remote position will manage case workflows, deadlines, and filings while supporting a boutique aviation law firm's growing litigation practice.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage multiple active litigation matters from intake to resolution, including tracking state and federal court deadlines
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, and assist with trial preparation and appellate-related tasks
- Oversee the discovery process, including document production, review, and filing in state and federal courts
Required qualifications
- At least 15 years of paralegal experience, with significant background in commercial or business litigation
- Experience using e-discovery platforms such as Everlaw for document review and case analysis
- Strong understanding of litigation workflows, discovery processes, and court procedures
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently while maintaining attention to detail under deadlines
- Experience preparing damages summaries or financial analyses is highly preferred
