Job Summary

Providing telephonic support, the full-time Colorado Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver compassionate emotional support, conduct risk assessments, and engage in crisis intervention while working remotely from Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including urgent safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Colorado residency required for remote work
