Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals over the phone, providing support to those experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges
• Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation and providing resources as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
• Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral healthcare field
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and provide unwavering support to individuals in need
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a stable internet connection
