Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a wired, stable internet connection
• Emotional resilience and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
