Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide telephonic support and crisis intervention services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask while navigating multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Must have a distraction-free, private office space and reliable internet connection
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
