Job Summary
Delivering compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention services, the full-time Colorado Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers remotely, providing risk assessment, stabilization, and resource referrals while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress or seeking guidance
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene appropriately in emergent situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Colorado residency required for remote work
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space while working from home
- Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
