Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Colorado Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, conducting risk assessments and crisis interventions in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Colorado residency required for remote work
