Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support as a fully remote Colorado Licensed Crisis Counselor, the full-time position will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, provide crisis intervention, and ensure high-quality service experiences for callers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress or seeking guidance
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
