Job Summary

Providing empathetic telephonic support, the full-time Colorado Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization services remotely to individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate telephonic support and crisis intervention to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across various software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Colorado residency is required for this fully remote position
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for remote work
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
