Job Summary
Providing empathetic telephonic support, the full-time Colorado Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization services remotely to individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Provide compassionate telephonic support and crisis intervention to individuals in distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
- Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across various software systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Colorado residency is required for this fully remote position
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for remote work
- Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
