Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support as a fully remote Colorado Licensed Crisis Counselor, the full-time position will manage telephonic crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization services for individuals experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support and crisis intervention to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Colorado residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free home office environment
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
