Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage and service clients in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and oversee their ongoing use of the platform
  • Lead communications during the implementation process and provide strategic guidance for client transitions
  • Provide ongoing support, identify execution risks, and drive efficiencies to enhance market adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician license preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working with complex clients in a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or Health Plan
  • 2+ years in retail pharmacy or pharmacy operations
  • 1+ years in a customer success, business analyst, or product manager role
