Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage and service clients in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and oversee their ongoing use of the platform
- Lead communications during the implementation process and provide strategic guidance for client transitions
- Provide ongoing support, identify execution risks, and drive efficiencies to enhance market adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Pharmacy Technician license preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with complex clients in a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or Health Plan
- 2+ years in retail pharmacy or pharmacy operations
- 1+ years in a customer success, business analyst, or product manager role
