Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM Data Integrity Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex error correction scenarios related to patient records
• Educate and train team members on data integrity functions and workflows
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate error corrections

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and apply critical thinking
• Preferred: Two-year Associates or four-year Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Management Technician (RHIT) credential
• Preferred: Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record system
