Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist responsible for managing data integrity operations within Revenue Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day data integrity functions, focusing on duplicate record reconciliation
- Respond to provider requests for chart corrections to ensure patient safety and record integrity
- Assist patients with portal activation and provide phone support for the Portal Help Desk
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required; Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Training in medical terminology preferred
- 1 year of experience in health information management, patient access, or billing in a healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and health information systems
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
