Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist responsible for managing data integrity operations within Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day data integrity functions, focusing on duplicate record reconciliation
  • Respond to provider requests for chart corrections to ensure patient safety and record integrity
  • Assist patients with portal activation and provide phone support for the Portal Help Desk
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. required; Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Training in medical terminology preferred
  • 1 year of experience in health information management, patient access, or billing in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and health information systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
