Colorado Licensed Discovery Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a national litigation team, the Colorado Licensed Discovery Paralegal will manage investigations, collections, and the organization of discovery databases in a flexible, hybrid or remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs investigation and collection duties to respond to litigation discovery requests under attorney supervision
• Obtains and manages client documents, identifying relevant materials for each case
• Maintains and organizes evidentiary data and case-related information in accordance with best records management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
