Job Summary

Seeking an innovative and strategically-minded executive, the full-time salaried Colorado Licensed DSP Deputy Director of Service Delivery will oversee public operations for the state's motorist services, managing approximately 365 FTE across multiple channels, including field offices and call centers, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and approve state-level programmatic policies and operational frameworks across all service channels
• Direct statewide organizational units and establish performance management systems for a workforce of ~365 FTE
• Manage the long-term lifecycle and security of the state's public infrastructure footprint, analyzing facility utilization and vendor allocations

Required qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience in public or business administration, including two years in a leadership role
• Experience in establishing goals, objectives, and managing budgets to achieve program outcomes
• Proven record of executive leadership within a public administration or high-volume enterprise environment
• Documented experience in change management, preferably with a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner credential
• Familiarity with enterprise technology and operations management, especially in multi-channel environments
