Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Optimization Program Manager to join their Community Practice team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the Epic SuperUser Program and develops training programs for effective Epic tool usage
• Coordinates Epic workflow redesign initiatives to enhance operational excellence across clinics
• Acts as a liaison between clinical leadership, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to translate clinical needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of related work experience required
• EPIC Certification required, preferably in EpicCare AMB and Cadence
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills
