Key Responsibilities

• Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements, and settlement documents according to instructions
• Coordinate with cross-department contacts to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Title process
• Audit files for accuracy and compliance, and manage the receipt and disbursement of funds

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer
• Working knowledge of Colorado state-level escrow rules and regulations
• Experience with technology and specialty software such as Qualia
• Team player mentality with a focus on collaboration
• Passion for innovation and adaptability to change
