Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Agency Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboards, trains, mentors, and motivates a team of independent sales agents to generate premium from the distribution of products
  • Sources, attracts, interviews, and selects sales team members and brokerage organizations for product distribution
  • Conducts field training and leads weekly educational and strategic sales meetings for the team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, marketing, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in health insurance sales, including team building and leadership
  • Life, Accident and Health insurance license in applicable state(s)
  • Knowledge of under 65, Medicare, and small group health insurance markets
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
