Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Agency Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboards, trains, mentors, and motivates a team of independent sales agents to generate premium from the distribution of products
- Sources, attracts, interviews, and selects sales team members and brokerage organizations for product distribution
- Conducts field training and leads weekly educational and strategic sales meetings for the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, marketing, or related field
- 7 years of experience in health insurance sales, including team building and leadership
- Life, Accident and Health insurance license in applicable state(s)
- Knowledge of under 65, Medicare, and small group health insurance markets
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
